Self-paced Learning

Self-paced learning allows the trainees to learn at their own pace. SPL lessons contain rich media contents on the subject along with audio narrations. While Instructor led training is not possible, SPL supplements with a combination of slides, audio commentary, videos and interactive quizzes to provide the same learning experience as classroom based training. It specifically suits for organisations with large numbers of resources to train or those who wish to purchase a training course outright that can be used internally again and again.

With SPL, the learning is self-paced and contents can be repeated unlimited number of times by a user. The course is divided into a number of modules which employ variety of techniques such as animations, diagrams, videos, audio commentary, interactive assessment, exercises and model answers etc to achieve the required learning experience.
