Our Hiring Process

Step 1. Profile Creation/Resume Submission

Create an applicant profile where you can upload your CV and cover letter to career@halbit.co.in. Once the profile is created, your information will be stored in our database and can be matched when an appropriate vacancy comes.

Step 2. Resume Review/ Interview Selection

Once we have your application, your resume will be reviewed and the candidates whose skills, education and experience best match the requirements will be invited to interview. If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted with location, date, and time information.

Step 3. Decision

The hiring team works hard to determine the best qualified person for the open position. We greatly appreciate your interest and will contact you as soon as possible if you are selected for an interview.
