Procedure Trainers

A Procedures trainer provides more comprehensive procedural learning capabilities to teach in-flight procedural responses as compared to the Part-task trainer. These are fixed-based devices intended for procedural learning and familiarization with aircraft handling. With their modular architecture, they are scalable to provide enhanced capabilities, representing actual aircraft cockpit and flight characteristics. The procedure trainers find wide application as Flight & Navigation Procedure training, Cockpit Procedure training, Ground Crew training, Tactical training etc.

A Cockpit Procedure Trainer (CPT) is employed for training aircrews in learning the cockpit layout and location of switches, lights, instruments, as well as other aircraft functions.
