Cockpit Displays

Halbit’s Engine & Flight Instrument System (EFIS) is a standalone system with high performance 4”x 5” AMLCD display to replace analogue engine, fuel, hydraulic pressure and standby flight instruments. It can be used as a GET-YOU-HOME system in the event of aircraft main navigation sensor failure. Key EFIS display features include high degree of redundancy, stand-alone backup capability, backup bus control, and soft warning lights.

Halbit offers a Smart Multi-Function Display (SMD) having useful display area of 6” x 6” and resolution of 780 pixels (H) x 780 pixels (V) with day/ night/ NVG luminance modes. It processes aircraft system data received on Mil-Std-1553B and RS-422 and provides the necessary graphic symbology, external video and man-machine interface.
